Our Urban Commercial Assist Programme provides you with a 24-hour service, so you’ll always have help when you need it most. Limited to vehicles below 3500kgs

• We’ll arrange for the closest service provider to tow your insured vehicle to an Urban preferred place of repair (or the nearest place of safekeeping), anywhere in South Africa.
• We’ll sort out transport for your driver and the passengers of any insured vehicles.
• We’ll give you access to telephonic legal advice, so your interests are always protected.
• We’ll even arrange for medical evacuation if required (although the cost will be for your account).
• We’ll provide a message relay service, notifying family or loved ones of the situation and keeping them informed.

Our Roadside Assistance programme gives you the following:

• Mechanical or electrical breakdown towing to the nearest repairer or place of safety
• Vehicle locksmith or flat tyre assistance
• Free emergency delivery of fuel (delivery cost only)
